Universal Independent Mortgage Services, a family owned and run business, was established in 2005. Initially offering independent mortgage advice, Universal now offer a vast array of insurance products as well as the ability to instruct solicitors, surveyors and HIPs for their clients.

Universal's excellent relationship with their clients has meant the majority of new business has come from referrals from existing clients.
